I had some new rims put on my Escalade and had a little issue with the tires when I went on vacation. The ride was a little rough and it was triggering advisories to appear from the car’s computer. I called the service manager to let him know what was going on with my tires. He advised me to find the closest dealer to have the car looked at and also stayed involved with the process even though I was at a dealer 1200 miles away. I was able to get the car fixed to make it home safely and then returned to Moore Buick GMC. They checked the whole car out thoroughly and fixed a couple things that got my smooth ride back again. They definitely stand behind their work and took care of things. More

The employees here always go above and beyond. They make everything happen in a timely manner and continuously keep you updated on anything they’re handling for you at the time. I have never had a vehicles check engine light come on and the dealership get it in immediately around my work schedule, diagnosed same day; ordered parts same day; and with a few days the part was in and my vehicle was fixed all while I was at work. They picked it up, fixed it (keeping me updated on the progress the entire time), and brought it back to me in time to leave my shift. So far, everything from looking for a vehicle, getting financed and purchasing it, to dealing with the service department, every step has been handled professionally but also personally. More

We will hope for a better salesperson next time. Our favorites have retired or moved on elsewhere. The last salesman kept badgering us to finance the truck we bought. We avoid debt as much as possible, but Clint just refused to complete the paperwork without running a hard credit check. I found that insulting. (Our credit is well above 800.) Since when does the customer not know how he or she intends to pay? And what is wrong with a cash payment from customers of well over 20 years? Rant over. I would never buy from that sales rep again, but as stated above, the service dep-especially RJ and Dakota are top notch. More
