We went in to address two alarms on the dash and the air bag recall which also had an alarm. they fixed the air bag but did not address the dash alarm. The stabilitrac alarm they said they can not find a bag recall which also had an alarm. they fixed the air bag but did not address the dash alarm. The stabilitrac alarm they said they can not find a part to fix it. Gave us no options for truely a safety item. The other alarm Tire sensor they didnt address at all. Now we have two other alarms coming in ABS and traction alarm. We are in worst shape then when we started. More

I brought my 2019 Encore in on Monday to get some work done. I paid $89 for a diagnostic test to see if my AC had a leak and it supposedly didn’t. The AC isn’t working properly it’s not blowing out cold done. I paid $89 for a diagnostic test to see if my AC had a leak and it supposedly didn’t. The AC isn’t working properly it’s not blowing out cold air. Monday the worked fine, Tuesday I didn’t go anywhere and today when I was running errands the AC wasn’t working. I’m waiting to hear back service department when the four tires I ordered come in so I can get them installed on my suv. I emailed mail the service manager yesterday and haven’t heard back from him. More
