Disaster:** Anthony (the face of this fiasco) emerges to announce they **bricked my car** during the update. It wouldn’t start. Their solution? A "rare" part was needed, with a **2-month backorder**. Stay far away from this dealership they are liars. I bought a Hyundai Tucson with 11,000 miles on it. I brought it in because the brake rotors were warped on warranty. All they would do was cut the ro I bought a Hyundai Tucson with 11,000 miles on it. I brought it in because the brake rotors were warped on warranty. All they would do was cut the rotors not even change the pads rotors. Nothing they cut the rotors for me. I drove it out of the dealership halfway home the car was still vibrating I called and they said that’s the best they can do for me took it to a real shop front rotors and pads needed to be changed the rear rotors Were still OK he said but they shouldn’t have cut them. They should’ve changed them. That’s an honest place and it cost me out of my pocket almost $400 which Hyundai should paying me back for. Also, there’s a technical service bulletin known as a TSB on these vehicles where your radar cameras come on, and they say they’re blocked this dealership tried to tell me my bumpers were changed because of an accident, which is totally false the bumper had a scratch and was repainted a scratch, and was never changed or removed from the vehicle which it should’ve been Painted properly but it was not removed. They wouldn’t fix it. They said it’s no longer under warranty. Well that’s funny because another Hyundai dealer told me to bring it in and they will take care of it for me. That’s the dealership I’ll be dealing with out, and Selden. This place has a reputation of ripping people off as well stay far away from this awful place , anything to do with the first name Atlantic run for your life More

I have leased my past 2 Hyundai elantras through this dealership-when my lease is over I will do the same-My car was called in for a recall -and it took awhile for the part to come in(Not Hyunadai fault) dealership-when my lease is over I will do the same-My car was called in for a recall -and it took awhile for the part to come in(Not Hyunadai fault)but when it finally came in myhusband took the car and not only did I speak to Tim Turnball -he actually informed me that the car had another recall and they took care of it the same day- We have also had very good dealings with John Grasso-The person who serviced the car that day(not sure of his name-I think it was also another John) called me immediately when it was ready and they also cleaned the car for me-did great job More

I bought my vehicle in on Aug 13 for an oil change and because the paint was peeling in numerous spots on the roof above the windshield. Mr. Grosso informed me that he and or his crew spotted additional s because the paint was peeling in numerous spots on the roof above the windshield. Mr. Grosso informed me that he and or his crew spotted additional spots on the hood. I asked if the extended bumper-to-bumper coverage I paid extra for covers this and was told paint is not covered. This made me totally unhappy with the Hyundai brand. It is a 2018 and shouldn't have this issue. However, he would let Hyundai know and said it would take 3 to 4 days for them to get back to him and he would let me know if they would help me. It has been 25 days with no response. Either I am forgotten by Atlantic Hyundai or corporate Hyundai didn't respond to Mr. Grosso. Meanwhile, the paint job has peeled even worse. More
