I have had service at various dealers in California, and Massachusetts, but none gave me better concern, and attention to detail as well as efficient repair as Mohawk Honda. Service Manager John Higgins and technician Johnny Ferguson consulted with me all the way through their discoveries of problems, advise of repair, and cost of the work. The problems that took me to Mohawk due to a serious breakdown in the car caused me tremendous stress. I was treated with care, compassion and professionalism by everyone at Mohawk. The repairs were performed and my car was returned to me in perfect condition, resolving the repairs of the damage that I thought was going to destroy my car. I can not say enough about this Service Center. They are all wonderful. And I am grateful and so very pleased to applaud John and Johnny for their assistance.
