The dealership as a whole is okay, but my last visit was very disappointing.. I was told that I had a screw in the side wall of my tire, which was not true, and because of that it could not be repaired and very disappointing.. I was told that I had a screw in the side wall of my tire, which was not true, and because of that it could not be repaired and I needed to purchase a new tire. I had just bought four new tires from the dealership. So if I would have bought a new tire I surely would have been screwed. I have a picture to prove were the screw was, which was in the tread. Now my trust has be damaged. I hope that one day that my trust can be regained. More

I made an appointment but was still there 2. 5 hours for an oil change. You receive a text message about if you need anything during your visit, just message. Asked for an update, no answer. Afte 5 hours for an oil change. You receive a text message about if you need anything during your visit, just message. Asked for an update, no answer. After 2 hours I went to the service counter and asked about the car and even the guy at the desk said it had been a long time but just basically shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn't ready. When it was finally ready he was apologetic. But I drove an hour to go back to the dealership I bought it from, waited 2.5 hours and then drove an hour home. That is a lot of time out of my day for an oil change More

When my car was checked in, I was not told that you don't have enough "engine guys" to diagnose my vehicle in a timely fashion. My appointment was for Friday morning and by Monday afternoon it still wasn't e have enough "engine guys" to diagnose my vehicle in a timely fashion. My appointment was for Friday morning and by Monday afternoon it still wasn't even looked at. He also mentioned that the shop was very very hot and the mechanics quickly leave at 3pm for some relief. More
