Easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Grand Prairie Ford treated me with respect and worked to help me, not take advantage of me. My sales associate, Isaac Oliva, really set the tone from the very beginning. I reached out with a simple email about a vehicle I was interested in, and he responded quickly and clearly with no pressure. He helped me set up an appointment, and that initial interaction is what made me feel comfortable enough to go in. Once I arrived, it only got better. Isaac was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never tried to push or upsell me. It truly felt like he was on my side throughout the entire process. I also want to acknowledge the management team behind the scenes. I didn’t meet them directly, but I could tell they were working to help make a deal that actually fit my situation. They considered what I needed, and that meant a lot. On the finance side, Braylon Boudreaux deserves credit. That part of buying a car is usually stressful, but he made it surprisingly easy. He was personable, professional, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood exactly what I was choosing. Before coming here, I walked out of two other dealerships because the experience felt dismissive and draining. Grand Prairie Ford was the complete opposite. I felt respected, listened to, and supported the entire time. If you are shopping for a car and feeling overwhelmed or frustrated, I highly recommend Grand Prairie Ford. 1. OUR SALES ASSOCIATE WAS AWESOME! (responsive, compassionate, helpful, honest, personable) This was the only good part of the experience 2. We showed up with cashiers checks to pay for the vehic compassionate, helpful, honest, personable) This was the only good part of the experience 2. We showed up with cashiers checks to pay for the vehicle, yet we were forced to submit to a CDK/OFAC credit check. We objected strongly and yet were forced to submit to this, and nobody could give us a reason other than a stupid Berkshire Hathaway letter. This was highly insulting and invasive. 3. Having shown up with resources to pay in full, we were required to fill out a form giving references. Astounding stupid, pointless, and screams that you don't actually care about your customers. 4. Having put down a deposit and having committed to buy the vehicle, it took over 3 HOURS to complete the transaction. Multiple times we were made to wait for long periods of time while somebody walked away with "just hang on 10 minutes", but several times that turned into 20 or more. For reference, both Pat Lobb in McKinney and Toyota of Plano have completed entire transactions with us in under 30 minutes. Guess who we'll deal with next time? Not GPF. 5. Your online photos carefully hid body damage to the vehicle. This screams of a giant lack of integrity. Aside from our sales rep and one person in finance, the entire company treated us with a huge about of indifference and/or contempt. More
