My fiance and I came to Otto's BMW/Mini to look at a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 that was on the lot. We had been to a few other dealers around the Philly area who were all enjoying the "chip-shortage" inflat pre-owned Mazda CX-5 that was on the lot. We had been to a few other dealers around the Philly area who were all enjoying the "chip-shortage" inflated seller's market. Many of the salesmen at these other dealers had noticeably lazy attitudes when it came to selling their vehicles as well as lack of communication. The general feeling we got at these other dealers was that the customer was expected to work for the sale, not the salesman. This was NOT the case with Otto's. It was a great experience from beginning to end! Pete met with us within 1 hour of closing time on a Tuesday to accommodate our hectic work schedules. He had the car parked out front, ready for us to look at and test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car, despite it not being a BMW or Mini. And he worked hard to break down the sales figures, registration, and tax in an understandable fashion. We came back at the end of the week to finalize paperwork. We ultimately decided to register the vehicle in FL since due to one of us retaining FL residency. Pete didn't skip a beat with this and was very knowledgeable and efficient in the whole out of state registration process. Ultimately we feel we got the best car for the money in the area and walked away very satisfied with the deal and the whole process. I'd definitely recommend Otto's BMW/Mini. Thanks, Pete! More

I contacted Michael via an acquaintance who had purchased car with him and let him know what I was looking for, a used Mini Clubman S in a manual.
