Michael made the process exceptionally easy and our entire experience was really quite easy and pleasant. Michael was extremely accommodating and I feel as though we got an above average deal on the sales price of the vehicle my son purchase as well as the value of his trade. Michael made sure the service team corrected a very minor glitch with the door handle mechanism that he noticed and generally treated my son with respect and courtesy. I would recommend Michael, and Otto’s Mini / BMW to any friends or family who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
