This is the worst nightmare experience with a dealership I ever had in my forty years owning cars. I was definitely.sold a lemon. I don’t even know where to start and I have dealt with a lot of people at th I ever had in my forty years owning cars. I was definitely.sold a lemon. I don’t even know where to start and I have dealt with a lot of people at that dealership that are so incompetent, unprofessional and uncaring. I have only had problems with my car. The engine had to be replaced at 12,000 miles!! Stacey Ann Also told me I had to replace my brake pads and rotors because they were rusty at 12,000 miles!! I also just had the steering gear rack and pinion replaced at 13,000 miles!! and now again, one day later my car is making another horrible worse than before sound when I drive it!! I feel so unsafe driving it as every time a problem gets fixed another comes out as I I drive out of your dealership!! I feel that the fact I am an older woman on my own does not help the situation. My English is not so perfect and I am not as strong as if I had been a man. Because of John’s incompetence, I had to wait an unnecessary four hours for an oil change and a tire rotation, all because even though I had told him that I was still entitled to one free oil change, and one free rotation before my membership expired, he did not believe me. The next day, when he realized he was wrong, the only thing that came out of his mouth was “you’re right” not even apologizing to me. I had another encounter with Carlos, the service manager, where I explained to him that I had paid for a tire patch on one of my tires that kept deflating. After that patching had been done, that same tire deflated again, one month later!!!. I took it to a garage closer to me to have it checked. The mechanic took me in the back and showed me that that tire had never had a patch done!!?? I had to pay again for a tire patch.!! The least I expected was a refund for that expense. But Carlos told me I was lucky to get a credit on the future service for the amount of the patch I had done at the other location(which happen to be a lot cheaper than your fee for a tire patch ).On that last oil change and rotation, Eddie had left two untightened screws under my car that Carlos told him to replace!! He also rotated one side of my tires and left the other one undone, thinking I had not noticed that he hadn’t done the other side!!!. He simply told me he had forgotten and was sorry about that!!! When I made my first review, it did not specify who the review was for. It ended up that it was under Jordan‘s name. When I met Jordan.(because I did not want to deal with Stacey Ann as she had failed to identify the real problem of the sound my car was making and pressured me into changing my brakes and rotor pads for $2000 while the real problem was the steering gear rack and pinion), he seemed to be the only one genuinely concerned about me and my car. Unfortunately, my bad review affected his record, and after that I felt I had lost the only one who wanted to help. More
