I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram’s Body Shop. In 2024, after an accident involving my brand-new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys, I chose this dealership for repairs because I wanted genuine Jeep parts used on my vehicle. The repair process took nearly three months, and I even had to return shortly after receiving the vehicle because the steering wheel became dislodged. Recently, while gathering repair records for an ongoing Jeep arbitration case, I visited the body shop seeking copies of my repair documents. Body Shop Manager Brayan Osorio told me the records were archived, unavailable, and that there was no one else I could contact regarding the matter. When I attempted to ask additional questions, I was met with an argumentative attitude and raised voice. Fortunately, I went to the Service Department afterward, where Allison and Rebecca were professional, courteous, and able to locate the records within a short period of time. Their assistance directly contradicted what I had been told in the Body Shop. My issue is not that records may take time to locate. My issue is the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inaccurate information I received from management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when seeking documentation related to repairs performed by the dealership. I want to thank Allison and Rebecca for their excellent customer service. They turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. More

I was very unhappy with the service at the dealership as a whole. Im still waiting for a loaner to take my car in to be serviced, its been a month, still on a waiting list. I have been going in each Monday and the same answer. Not enough cars, not enough cars, not enough mechanics. THEY CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG and something that should take one day, takes 5 days. BEAUTIFUL CARS SUCKY SERVICE!! Tehy know how to sell, but they dont even know anything about what they are selling, or how to work it. Took me 3 years to finally have after 7 different people to figure out how to us the volume on the tv screen and even that he had to play around with it, it wasnt one, two, three, we had to figure it out. 3 years!!!!! Im xxxxxx off. More
