John Kim, I find it very interesting how concerned you seem in your response to the service I received and yet when you, yourself are given an opprutunity to provide better service you fall short with basic communication. Ive still not heard back from you after you said you'd follow up with me the following day before noon. Even after I followed up with an email, here we are three days later and no issue resolved, no concern for a my time going back and forth to this dealership and no accountabilty for poor service. The same urgency they apply at selling vehicles should be applied at resolving issues. The follow up at this dealership is trash. Not sure what the underlining issue is at this dealership, but overall my experience has been beyond poor. Definately not letting anything slide though, best believe.

I agree, there is a lot here, and since when lying been called miscommunication?! I was screwed in every possible way that a dealership can screw. every promise has been a lie. I specifically ask to get a car with Michelin tires, and the car that supposed to be from "Santa Monica" supposed to have them on it. Another lie! it does not have Michelin tires. So every promise was a lie, and as I said earlier, dealing with this dealership is a high risk. Chris, the biggest problem is your general sales manager, you are telling me that you will address this issue with the correct people, I wonder who that might be if not the general sales manager. I think you are just trying to show on this website that you people do care about complaints, however, the way your dealership conducts business shows otherwise. Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills is not the right place to shop for Lexus. For people who do enjoy being screwed and enjoy dealing with scammers then this dealership is the place to go.
