After 37 days, I have still not heard back from the dealership regarding the touch up paint they were going to provide or received any contact to bring the vehicle back for their team to complete the touch up as they mentioned for some areas on the vehicle. The post-sale process and follow-up outreach was also missing, so it's possible my customer loyalty to the dealership was not valued. Therefore, my average score rating is on the generous side. More
