Unprofessional and unskilled I am very surprised with the degree of unprofessionalism and ineptitude I experienced when dealing with this dealership. It is really hard to disappo I am very surprised with the degree of unprofessionalism and ineptitude I experienced when dealing with this dealership. It is really hard to disappoint Lexus customers and turn them away from this brand. Jim Falk employees however managed to do just that. Lexus would benefit from supervising how dealerships are hurting its brand. More

We all know that Lexus is a luxury car plus your located at beverly and a touch on that it is expected that your customer service is highly excellent. But that's not what i experienced on this store. For ex at beverly and a touch on that it is expected that your customer service is highly excellent. But that's not what i experienced on this store. For example: 1. My agent didn't explain me well about the car i want. We do test drive but he did not say anything about the car. Even the turn over part. He didn't even teach me how to use the features in the car. 2. When processing the papers, they should inform us that it would takes hours to wait. So that we can take some lunch especially I have my kids that time. 3. When i got a car and drove from home i realized that the seat cover is not what i expected and i want to be change. so i called them and talk to the manager and he said just bring the car here and they gonna change it. When i got there, on that day i bought. He told me, that my co-signer should be here and also there's no time to process. Its just like what?!? And why you would tell us to go if you cant cater us? And why you didn't inform me that my co-signer should be there too?Just wasting our time for nothing. But still what can we do. They advice me again to go back tomorrow. Now, i called them to prepare the papers and the car cause i dont want to stay more hours anymore there and I'll just use my lunch break and needs to go back to work. And they said, YES its ready. So we went there with my co-signer and still we've WAIT for 2-3 hours. So where are they said that is READY? Such a frustration. Please, if you say its ready it should be ready and you should mean it. Our Time is gold and precious. That's why i called before i go, making sure everything's ready. 4. And lastly, when i receive my car, there is a net organizer on my trunk. Since they change it, my new car don't have a net organizer on my trunk. I keep calling since last week and until now there is no update or response. Surely, i will not recommend this dealership store to my family and friends. I didn't expect that's the way they handle a customer. More

This is a chaotic and disorganized Lexus dealership. Nobody knew what the last person said or did and they took forever to process the paperwork.
