I bought a dodge ram from them back in July 2022, and within a month I started having issues. Trasmission wouldnt shift out of 3rd. I tried to bring the truck in to get looked at, but the appointment d within a month I started having issues. Trasmission wouldnt shift out of 3rd. I tried to bring the truck in to get looked at, but the appointment dates kept getting pushed back. I was finally able to get it in to get looked at in November 2022. I was told that I needed to replace the transmission. Conveniently the warranty had expired by then. I took it to another place for a second opinion and was told I just needed to replace the valve body. I spent the 6000 to get the valve body replaced and it was still having the same problem. This shop even took the truck to Lithia dodge to figure out what was going on and noone has a clue. So I am now left with a $56,000 paperweight because the truck won't drive. More
