I contacted lithia online I was honest and they were also. Sent pictures and discussed where we were at as far as the deal. At that time we were still unsure, so we said we needed to think more on it. No pressure as they wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Finished the deal from home. Great experience. I've had both good and bad experiences here. I've been a long term many car customer. I've had a lot of work done on my rigs here.
