The dealership is fine and my rep for repair was great. My problem is that I had a 2:15 appointment, but the car didn't get on the lift until 3:15. It was finished and in line to leave the building for 15 My problem is that I had a 2:15 appointment, but the car didn't get on the lift until 3:15. It was finished and in line to leave the building for 15 minutes before they had my bill ready. There seemed to be quite a few people working the floor and the desk, and the mechanic finished his job in a timely fashion, so I'm not sure what the holdup was. Maybe they accepted cars as they came in with or without appointments. I would have been better off just going in earlier and taking my chances at getting the job done faster. I've never had to wait as long without an appointment. More
