my google review: BUYER BEWARE! I recently visited Naples Mazda, and my experience with the dealership was extremely disappointing. After agreeing on pricing, I was taken to the fin I recently visited Naples Mazda, and my experience with the dealership was extremely disappointing. After agreeing on pricing, I was taken to the finance office where they attempted to slip in over $4,000 in add‑ons that were never discussed or authorized. These included items I did not request and would never have knowingly approved. The finance manager rushed through the paperwork, provided no explanation of what I was signing, and clearly hoped I wouldn’t notice the extra charges. If I hadn’t stopped to review every line item myself, I would have been charged thousands more than the agreed‑upon price. This kind of behavior erodes trust and reflects poorly on dealerships. Buyers deserve transparency, clear explanations, and honest pricing—not surprise add‑ons at the closing table. I strongly recommend reviewing every document carefully and insisting on full disclosure before signing anything at these locations. FILING FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH Florida Attorney General Also, when I got the car home, I noticed it is covered in overspray of some sort. My fault for not inspecting the vehicle more closely. BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!! More
