Phone personnel is extremely rude. Always get the cold shoulder here. Only reason we keep coming back is because the sales department lied to us and promised us free oil changes for lif Always get the cold shoulder here. Only reason we keep coming back is because the sales department lied to us and promised us free oil changes for life on our new car purchase(One of the only reasons we bought here) and they decided to stop doing this, so they offer a discounted oil change service at $39. Makes me wonder how the owners can sleep at night, I thought the whole old school mentality of Car Dealerships was over with, guess not. Anyway, I will never purchase here again, which is ashame, because I just purchased a new truck, and I make sure to tell everyone I know what you guys promised, and didn’t stand behind, so I can insure you that no one I know will ever buy a car at your dealerships again, not only due to the fact that you are liars, but also because every time we deal with your service department, they are rude. More

Oil change. I was told the wait could be up to an hour for an Oil Change. It took less than 40 minutes! They also gave me car wash and vacuumed the inside!!!
