I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge SEL to replace my 2011 Edge that was totaled in an accident. I decided to use the Costco purchase program and they suggested Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park. Based on what I tol that was totaled in an accident. I decided to use the Costco purchase program and they suggested Joe Rizza Ford in Orland Park. Based on what I told them I was looking for I met with Steve Lillie who showed me several cars. Steve was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the cars with no pressure. Once I selected the one I wanted, I arranged to come back later with my wife to complete the purchase. The paperwork and purchase took about an hour and we were on our way. A very good experience! More
