I had a great experience at Northside Lexus. John worked with me to make sure I got a great deal on my new Lexus. He also was able to give me a fair deal for my trade in. From start to finish John Breaux when above and beyond. .. Get the car in after reserving it. Good experience purchasing our Lexus from salesperson to finance person. Definitely would recommend Lexus and Northside Lexus. Rated as 5 stars only because there wasn't a higher rating. We went from Lex finance person. Definitely would recommend Lexus and Northside Lexus. Rated as 5 stars only because there wasn't a higher rating. We went from Lexus to BMW to Mercedes but came back home to Lexus because of the reliability and the people who work there. More

John was very easy to work with. Very mild mannered and respectful of my time. On my original visit to just look I was very hesitant about giving my name and number. I asked John not to blow up my phone only call when the car I wanted arrived, let me make my own decision in my own time. I was surprised he did not call. Everyone at this dealership was kind and patient. Finance was easy and fast. I have never made it through finance this fast and easy. Tech specialist was very patient answering all my questions and repeating info he had just discussed. The atmosphere at the dealership was outstanding very comfortable. I cannot find anything negative to say about salesman, finance, tech specialist or dealership. More
