Excellent experience with Del Toyota. This is my second Tacoma from them and this experience was as good as the first back in 2019. They have a very knowledgeable staff and my salesman Marty was one of the Tacoma from them and this experience was as good as the first back in 2019. They have a very knowledgeable staff and my salesman Marty was one of the best sales people that I have dealt with in my many years buying cars. They are up front and straight with you and will do everything they can to put you in the vehicle that you want. Other dealers in my area could not compete with their pricing or offer me the deals that Del has. I live 2 hours away and I came her twice due to their commitment to satisfying their customers. I would recommend Marty and the team at Del Toyota to anyone looking for an honest, straightforward car buying experience. I have been going to Del Toyota for several years. Yesterday Marty helped me out with buying my Highlander that I leased for 5 years. Marty was awesome, very knowledgeable and sociable. Also John in finance was very friendly. Love their service department. I have dealt with Jerry on several occasions. Jerry was awesome, after your service department looked over my car, he set me up for state inspection next week and took time and explained everything my car needed. Jerry also helped me find my car in the parking lot. Also had the pleasure with dealing with Mark, Pat and Susan in the past. Your Service Managers great, however, while I was waiting to talk to Jerry (because he was on the phone), Kevin called me over. He asked me for my name to search me in the system and had a little trouble locating me in your system. Then he asked me for my phone number and still couldn't find me. He asked me how many times I've been to Del Toyota and I said over 20 years. Then he asked me I if I knew the last 6 numbers if my VIN number. ( I said to myself who in xxxx knows the last 6 numbers of their VIN number). Luckily, I had on my person the original sticker of the Highlander when I leased it in February 2017. During all this conversation, I had asked Kevin a few questions and said every time, "Please be patient, we are short staffed and I can only do one thing at a time". After he informed me for the 3rd time, I almost grabbed the car sticker and walked away. Kevin eventually found my account. To be honest, (and I'm not trying to throw Kevin under the bus), but in my opinion, his personality and initial customer approach is inexcusable, and this wasn't the first time that I have dealt with Kevin. In the future, I will avoid dealing with him. Sorry. More
