The BEST of the REST. I walked in with a 2013 Sonata that I was TOTALLY under water with. John Mercado and his co workers ARE GREAT!!. I drove away with a Brand new Sonata I walked in with a 2013 Sonata that I was TOTALLY under water with. John Mercado and his co workers ARE GREAT!!. I drove away with a Brand new Sonata Hybrid. John Mercado was fabulous in terms of being knowledgeable, personable as well as not exhibiting high pressure sales tactics. So far he has spent hours with me behind the wheel of my new car making sure I understand and am able to use all the high tech features of my new vehicle. Awesome experience. P.s.
