If you want to create an environment that makes the guest feel welcomed and heard and you want returning business, greet the guest as promptly as possible as possible. My experience wasn’t as good as it could have been. If the dealership had just followed the TSB from the start, my truck wouldn’t have been sitting there for 26 days. Instead they ended up replacing parts that didn’t even need to be replaced. Once they finally performed the TSB, the truck fired right back up. Pretty frustrating. More
