The guys went over and beyond to take care of me . the guys that I really want to say thanks too the most where Neil , Davis , Rod. Now the rest of there team mates of course also. John is very very rude. He lack customer service skills and have very very very poor communication skills. The assistance that I ask of him concerning my new vehicle after He lack customer service skills and have very very very poor communication skills. The assistance that I ask of him concerning my new vehicle after dropping off a second time for the same issues, he did not assist. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he refused to come out and greet me. I actually had to go to his office where he was sitting down on his phone to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Feel free to.reciew your cameras on 10-08-25 to confirm.. He never brought my paperwork showing the services I receive and that was performed, someone else had to go get it from him for me. He would not take my phone calls only communicated by text.I asked him not to text because of the miscommunication about my vehicle. So he refused to call and did not let me know when my vehicle was ready. This is not a personal vehicle but a work vehicle.I need this truck to return back to work.And i'm waiting on it patiently, while no one was getting back with me about it. I had to call the dealership over three time to discover my vehicle was ready for pickup and no one contacted me. Someone was able to get in contact with chris from the customer service line for me to find this out. My truck had been ready and no one notified me. May I also remind you I purchased this truck brand new and had it for less than a month.When all this was going on. Even though I purchased my vehicle hero and I know that come with certain perks with needing service.I WILL NOT return to this dealership because how I have been treated as a customer. More
