John Murray I have been in the car business 18 years. Working on cars has always been what i want to do, so being able to do what i want to do every day for a living does nothing but make me happy, which i'm them able to hopefully pass on to my customers. I am married to the love of my life, have 2 little boys who mean the world to me, and 4 dogs. In my spare time i like to work on my project truck, go camping when i can, and do enjoy going trail riding every so often, wash and detail the cars, or find something to do with the family and just spend time with them as much as possible.

I had a road hazard blow out on a tire with less than 30K miles on it and of course it was not covered by any warranty. To replace one matching tire on a Camry it cost 267.00. ABSOLUTELY WORST dealership and service department I have EVER experienced. Dealership portion is incompetent and shady. Will cover up any issues with their cars to get bottom line for their sales. Was spoken to like I’m a child and completely condescended and interrupted while talking anytime I opened my mouth from the moment I came in the door BY A “Manager” and I use that term loosely. Service department is shady and incompetent as well. Our cars tires were near shredding and did not inform us (tires are only 35k miles with a warranty or 45k miles) told us to do an alignment and made our alignment WORSE. When confronted we were told it was our duty to service our own car (is that not what the service department is for— to inspect and service my car????) Our car now needs 4 brand new tires due to the incompetence and failure to communicate with a customer after multiple tire rotations, an alignment and full inspection of my vehicle when my car had to be towed in due to code issues. Avoid this dealership and service department. Take your business elsewhere More
