The owner Matt Murphy gave us the best deal he possibly could and we went down to the dealership to test drive. John O'Keefe helped us with the sale. Explained the ins and outs of the car and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Ian was able to work a miracle to get us the financing we needed to stay in our budget. He was able to get us an a final number including some extras that we wanted. Knowing we without a car until we could pick up the new one they were kind enough to give us a loaner for a week, which made my day to day life much easier. I never expected to get such great treatment from a dealership. There was no run around, no haggling, and we walked away knowing we got a great deal. Falmouth Toyota has customers for life. More

RAV4 Lease Experience I went in to Falmouth Toyota near the end of the lease on my 2012 Corolla with the intentions of leasing a 2015 Camry. I talked about my intentions I went in to Falmouth Toyota near the end of the lease on my 2012 Corolla with the intentions of leasing a 2015 Camry. I talked about my intentions to my sales person John O'Keeffe. I told John that I would really like having a RAV4 but didn't think that that was in my budget. John suggested that I drive both cars because if I didn't at least drive a RAV4 I always regret not at least doing so. After driving both cars I knew that I would really prefer to have the RAV. John showed me some figures on the RAV and after a few adjustments to the figures we came to a mutual agreement for a 36 month lease. John was a very professional person to deal with and I would highly recommend John to anyone. I will also ask to deal with John again at the end of this lease. I find Falmouth Toyota a pleasure to do business with. More
