We are a true TOYOTA family and have bought 11 cars from Westborough, MA Toyota in the past, but we recently moved to Falmouth, MA and now we will be part of the Falmouth Toyota loyal customers. Our sales person was recommended to us and we were vey pleased. He was kind, caring, professional and listened to our needs. We never felt pressured and went back to the dealer several times to drive different cars. He made us feel comfortable with our big purchase and provided details and honesty about the different cars. We will recommend this salesperson and dealer to everyone we know and we will only service our new cars here. I met Tom Murphy, John O"Keeffe, Matt Murphy and Todd Davis. All of them went above and beyond without anything being pushy. John was very good and explained everything to me about the car and even helped program my phone in with me. He had the patience of a saint. I wasn't sure and even asked to test drive a different car and off we went. I was in at 11am and left to drive home with my new car by 3pm and EVERYTHING was done ie: plates, registration, taxes, Insurance and financing. The amount of vehicles to chose from is excellent and the prices are very fair. Thank you John for being the sales consultant and actually giving me the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. You were professional, patient and kind. Thank you Todd for completing my financing. It was truly the easiest I've ever been through. Thank you Tom for all the e-mailing back and forth before I even came in. Thank you Matt for running such a wonderful business there and asking if all my needs were being taken care of efficiently.
