Subaru = Love = Dean Team I brought my wife to the dealership to look at the Subaru Legacy. I already knew of and loved Subaru for many reasons, while my wife knew little and I brought my wife to the dealership to look at the Subaru Legacy. I already knew of and loved Subaru for many reasons, while my wife knew little and was skeptical of the products Subaru offered, as compared to the the midsize sedan competition on the market. After an inviting welcome from Mr. Ostlund, he immediately brought us several Legacy options ranging from 4 to 6 cylinder, vastly differing in array of options and colors. My wife and decided to purchase a black Legacy 3.6R Limited with eyesight and nav. John arranged for this exact car to be delivered to the dealership since they had none on the lot. Three days later we went to pick our first Subie up. My wife and I were in awe of her beauty and options. John gave us and extensive delivery, leaving out no details. He even offered to go through the entire owners manual if we wanted, which we spared him. John was super knowledgable of the product, Phil Dean was an amazing manger who made us feel welcome and at home in his dealership. Rick Richards was personable and great to work with in finance. Overall we loved out Dean Team experience because of John, Phil, and Rick. Most of all, we are in love with our Subaru. Thanks, Jeff More

John Ostlund is a very caring and trustworthy salesman. Phil Dean is a friendly sales manager that took the time to know us personally. We had an excellent experience with him back in May of 2012 when we bought our Subaru Legacy and when it was time to buy another car, we knew who we wanted to deal with. He makes the process so easy, doesn't pressure you, and gives you a good deal with out having to haggle over price. For us, Car shopping is never fun, but with John, the actual negotiation and purchase is made so easy that you get to the fun part of "new car ownership" sooner. We highly recommend Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin and John, and will return there for our next Subaru purchase! More

Starting looking around when Eric from the service department said hello and asked if anyone was with me. Apparently I came on a busy day but even after he found out that it would be a couple of minutes he still took the time to chat with me and apologized for my short wait. John was incredible with me throughout the whole process! Couldn't of been any easier, laid back, and non intimidating. It was obvious that me being happy was his major priority. I was introduced to Phil after coming in with the wife to make the final decision and it was then that I realized that the care given to me by John was prominent throughout Dean Team from the management. After my purchase I came back one last time to pick up and Richard from VW came over to show me all the details of the entertainment system! I thought I had it all figured out but Richard took his own time to ensure I was knowledgeable about all of the cars features. I feel extremely confident that I will continue to be taken care of with anything in the future based upon all of my interactions. Friends, family, and co-workers will all go to Dean Team before anywhere else in the future!!!!! More

Had to bargain on trade-in value to get value near that of KBB and Edmunds, less than I had hoped for but not unreasonable. Paperwork and financing was quick and easy. Much faster than recent experience with Toyota dealer. Presented with options on extended warranties but no pressure. Overall, well pleased. More
