John was great! He sold us our first new car - Subaru WRX, and we love it! We went to the dealership with the "we're just looking attitude" and John greeted us. Rick Cody and Dave Liss were absolutely fantastic!! I made intital contact through the internet sales link and both Dave and Rick were very prompt to get back to me in a timely manner. I think the Dean Team does a wonderful job dealing with customers over the internet. In the end, Rick handled my sale and went out of his way to complete the deal in a very seamless and transparent manner. There was no pressure like you see at many other dealerships. Overall, the best car buying experience I have had in a very long time. At delivery Rick took the time to explain all the features and did not appear rushed to get me out the door. The Ballwin Dean Team was the first dealer that contacted me after I put in a request to USAA's car buying service. So that's where I went to test drive the car I wanted - the 2012 Beetle. I stuck with them because of how impressed I was by my salesman, John Ostlund. He was so friendly and straight-forward and didn't pressure me at all which I really appreciated as a first-time new car buyer. He was easy to talk to and made it easy for me to stay in contact with him as he worked hard getting me the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted as quickly as possible. I also appreciated getting a really nice loaner to drive around while I waited! All the staff I came into contact with there was very friendly and the customer service was great.
