Disorganized and unprepared. Was called continuously once car arrived set a time to pick it up. Came in with baby still there nearly 5 hours. Received the new preordered vehicle with no gas and no detail. Xa car arrived set a time to pick it up. Came in with baby still there nearly 5 hours. Received the new preordered vehicle with no gas and no detail. Xavier was awesome he made it a lot more tolerable. Very attentive and answered every question to the best of his knowledge. He even helped with sitting and entertaining our little one while we signed paperwork. Maybe if everyone was a little more focused on selling us our car and not partying it up at the end of the night with their Louis Vuitton and expensive liquor bottles we would have had a better experience. More
