Happy to give a 5-star review. Absolutely loved the fact this dealership didn’t reduce themselves to high pressure sales! We walked away from another dealership because of the pushy nature of the sales per this dealership didn’t reduce themselves to high pressure sales! Recently purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra from Carl Black Orlando. At first some typographical errors made my experience uncomfortable, but the situation was cleared up by the finance manager Bryan and Jack, Orlando. Carl Black provided me with phenomenal service starting with Louis who introduced me to my sales associate David. David did a great job and was a pleasure to work with thru the entire process!
