I have spoken to John about purchasing a BMW now for about a year or so. He finally found one that I did actually like. He is a great BMW Genius. He is great at what de does. He has shown me the quirks about a year or so. He finally found one that I did actually like. He is a great BMW Genius. He is great at what de does. He has shown me the quirks of my BMW because I was unaware of certain features. Thanks to him I now know how to operate the vehicle at its fullest capacity and for that I am thankful. He knows literally everything there to know about new and old Bimmers so he was able to find me exactly what I wanted and needed. More

It was a pleasure working with Alexandre Hoebeke to secure the lease on my 330ix. This is the third BMW I have leased through Bridgewater BMW and I have been pleased each time. Having been a customer of BMW of Bridgewater many years for service on vehicles, it was an obvious choice. Alexandre Hoebeke -the client advisor - was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient to get me for service on vehicles, it was an obvious choice. Alexandre Hoebeke -the client advisor - was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient to get me into a X5M50i. Charming with his Belgium accent. At the pick up of the car, John Palombo - BMW Genius - was patient to explain the inner workings of the "space ship" to the old dude. Thank you both for a very good experience. More

When you are at BMW of Bridgewater ask for Joel Curran, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. I was absolutely flattered by the service provided by my sales person Manjula Biju and product genius John Palombo. Even the sales manager Mark Carvalho was very friendly. I was in and out of the dealership sales person Manjula Biju and product genius John Palombo. Even the sales manager Mark Carvalho was very friendly. I was in and out of the dealership within 3 hours. Actually, my overall experience with this dealership was excellent and this includes the finance gentleman Jon Del Franco. Manjula Biju and John Palombo went above and beyond to provide excellent customer experience and also got me exactly what I wanted. I did not get my previous BMW from them and I wish I would have stopped at Bridgewater BMW first. If you really want excellent overall customer experience, Bridgewater BMW is the place to shop. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this place. Keep the good going guys!!! More
