Manjula was the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. She made the process effortless from the beginning, by starting with a great price and helped me get out of my previous lease. This was my first "new" car purchase and I couldn't be happier with Zarina and Manjula's service and expertise and even more so with my 2021 X3. I went to Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and another BMW dealership happier with Zarina and Manjula's service and expertise and even more so with my 2021 X3. I went to Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, and another BMW dealership in NJ to ensure I was getting a good deal and ended up going back to BMW of Bridgewater because their prices and services were unmatched. I'm sure most salespeople are supposed to start high and negotiate down but Manjula presented a great deal from the beginning soI did not feel like I was being "sold" a car instead I felt like she had my best interest at heart. As a woman, it could be intimidating to feel like you may be taken advantage of but working with another woman who is also a mom is a game changer. Zarina was the first person to approach me when walking in and went above and beyond to answer my questions even though she wasn't a salesperson. She also took me on a test drive two times to make sure I absolutely loved the car. It is so refreshing to have worked with such a down to earth, smart, and knowledgeable person. I really didn't know what kind of car I wanted. My daughter turned 16 and instead of getting her a new car I decided to treat myself and give my old car to her. I am confident in saying I am now a loyal BMW customer because of my experience with the folks at BMW of Bridgewater. No other dealership comes close. Do yourself a favor and ask for Zarina and Manjula. More

I am thoroughly impressed with how different this car dealership experience was. I was in email contact with several people when I first inquired about their Certified Preowned BMW i3. While at this poin dealership experience was. I was in email contact with several people when I first inquired about their Certified Preowned BMW i3. While at this point I was not even close to deciding to buy a car I figured I'd ask what the process would be and how their pricing was compared to other i3's. After being transferred through two other people they ended up assigning me Alexandre Hoebeke as my client advisor. He seemed to be helpful and did give me an estimate with my trade offer and a discount off the initial sale price. I told him his offer for the trade in was low and I'd sell it elsewhere but I'd be interested in giving the vehicle a test drive if the price could be worked with a bit more. While he did not move much on the sale price we did schedule a test drive for Saturday at 10:00am. I am not too close to this dealer (about a 30 minute drive away) so I wanted to make sure if I went down there and have all my research in order. In past experiences I was not prepared enough and the dealers at some of these places were talking too fast for me to comprehend the final numbers and get me confused, so I wanted to be able to defend myself and my position as a buyer in case they did not play ball. I arrived on Saturday but the receptionist didn't seem to know I was scheduled for that time. Apparently Alexandre was out sick that day so they reassigned me with Joel Curran. I didn't expect this so I am obviously a bit thrown off but I still wanted to test drive the i3. Because of Covid Joel drove in another vehicle in front of me while I followed him around quite an extensive area. I was surprised that the test went for such a long time because other dealers only took me around the block without much time to get a feel for the car. When we returned we sat down and discussed the car for a bit and what I did not like and he told me what was great about the car. I was still on the defense based off of my past experiences. Needless to say I was blown away with how patient Joel was and how low pressure he made me feel. I read reviews about BMW Bridgewater and people kept saying the same thing and I couldn't believe it but honestly this was the most pleasant car buying process I've ever had. Not only did he get down to a reasonable price he also inquired with his manager and told me I could potentially save on sales tax on an electric vehicle purchase. This part was completely a surprise because I thought that tax exemption was only for new electric vehicles. If he did not do that I might have been just okay with the original offer but with this extra discount I knew then and there that this was the right car for me. After doing all the paperwork I finished with Joel and I was finally greeted with John Palombo a BMW Genius. He seemed to know quite a bit about the car and helped me set up BMW connected drive when the sale was final. All in all the sale went by so easily and without any pressure that I cannot help but recommend this dealer to anyone buying a used CPO car. The only issue I has was the vehicle did not include CarPlay but I bother Joel enough about that. Thank you BMW Bridgewater! More

Recently purchased a 2021 X545e (plug-in hybrid) from BMW of Bridgewater. Had a fantastic experience at the dealership, the whole team there is amazing & attentive, specially my sales associate, Savitri Pers of Bridgewater. Had a fantastic experience at the dealership, the whole team there is amazing & attentive, specially my sales associate, Savitri Persaud. She is really pleasure to work with. Very calm, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. The whole sales experience was stress-free with no pressure whatsoever! Since my SUV was a special order and took about 4 weeks, I only dealt with Savitri during this whole process. She answered all my questions and absolutely no gimmicks. Overall had a great experience. And the SUV is fantastic too. More

Very satisfied with the team and process at BMW Bridgewater while purchasing my new X7. Alex was a thorough, personable salesman that was patient and understanding while I took my time shopping. Refreshing that it didn't feel like a high pressure situation at any time. I had a very opposite experience at another dealership, dealing with Alex definitely brought me back to BMW. After purchase, John was also fantastic and personable explaining the features and how to use them. Its great to know I can pop in anytime if I need help navigating all the bells & whistles! Lastly, I had an issue with a roof rack accessory. The Sales Manager, Mark, was helpful in determining the cause ... at one point he was climbing up to my roof to pin point the issue! A new set of racks is ordered and hopefully that is taken care of. Cant speak to the service team yet, but if they are as helpful as the sales side, I will be fully satisfied! More

After a painless negotiation, I took delivery and John the Genius tailored his presentation to my needs. Easy in...easy out. The goof is that my family and I spent more time chatting and telling story with Savitri and new car manager Mark Caruacho after taking delivery than we did buying the car. This purchase was a 2021 M550ix. I definitely recommend them and will consider them for future purchases. More
