Let me say, I've had a lot of cars (new one every three years, on average) and This was my first experience with BMW of Bridgewater and I was wowed. Let me say, I've had a lot of cars (new one every three years, on average) and I've been to a lot of different dealers. This experience, by far, was the best. Manjula Biju was our salesperson. She was knowledge, fair, patient and really enjoyable to work with. The negotiation was quick, as the management team came back almost immediately with a deal that marched my parameters. I assumed the experience with the "Finance Guy" would be unpleasant, as most are. Not at all, David Wagoner was quick and efficient, no surprises and no high pressure sales for extras. (I didn't buy any and wasn't made to feel bad about it). Lastly, my tutorial with the BMW Genius, John Palombo was just as good as the rest. He was very patient and delightful. If you are looking for a BMW in NJ, Don't go anywhere else! More

He knows his stuff, was able to quickly find the car and features I wanted, was always reachable during the process, and was clear and direct which is always appreciated when buying a car. The haggling part was as painless as is possible. Mark and other staff were very efficient and friendly on the day of purchase and Dave was super quick with the paperwork and not pushy with the usual hard sell for extras. John Palombo was very helpful in explaining the car features. Definitely one of the better car buying experiences I have had. I've been to dealers in the past where staff seemed uninterested, pushy, or ill-informed. Not here; I would return here even though it's farther away from other BMW dealers closer to me. More

Overall, I would highly recommend Bridgewater BMW - the staff is great, it's a family environment and they treat you like a person, not just another number on their sales quota. This is the second vehicle I've leased from them and the quality of service has remained consistent. More
