Keep in mind we drove 2 hours to get to Bridgewater BMW. Upon arriving we were greeted with a smile by reception. Justin showed us the car and it was a great car but not what we were looking for, again this was sight unseen being an online interest. We were about ready to leave and Justin took a look at some inventory that was just about to hit the lot. We checked out the car and it was perfect! Justin worked with Anthony and next thing you know we were signing papers with David. We arrived the dealership at 6pm, by now it was after their closing time of 8pm. We walked out of Davids office and everyone was still waiting for us after we closed to send us off on our way with our new Beemer! Even John was hanging around waiting for us to give my wife a demo of the cars features! From online, phone conversations, texting, visiting the dealership in person to driving off the lot all we can say is we will be back! Thanks again Justin, Anthony, David and John! John Polombo is very knowledgeable about the technology and how the BMW 430XI car operates. He gave me an overview of how all the systems work and how the car operates. I had a budget in mind and Frank was respectful of that and didn't try to go above it, which I really appreciated it. I had been to two other BMW dealerships and walked out with nothing, Frank was able to close the deal in an hour! Great follow up after my purchase to arrange pick up of the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Frank had arranged for John Palombo to go over all of the features inside and outside of the car. John did a great job explaining how all of the "bells and whistles," worked! The dealership closed at 8 p.m. but he stayed after it closed to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Finally, one "cosmetic" service issue had to be addressed so Frank made sure the service department called me the next day to schedule an appointment. The experience far exceeded my expectations. More
