Super knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive, not pushy. I found exactly the right vehicle, they gave me a very fair deal, and they did an excellent job showing me how to use all the new features (my previous Audi was 11 years old and technology sure has evolved). All the other people in their facility were terrific too but John was a real standout. They had excellent social distancing, mask, and other protective protocols but the experience still felt personal despite the unusual environment we're in. More
