The salesman, John Pitts, listened to what I wanted and expertly answered my questions. He responded promptly to my request for a quote via e-mail with a fair offer. I was also given what I considered a fair offer on my trade too without a "low ball," again common with some dealers. The closing financial experience with Mike McCormack was smooth and efficient. It was noticeable that the employees at this dealership were proud to work there and were all pleasant to deal with. I look forward to a long standing relationship with my new Outback. More

Having owned used Volvo wagons for all my driving life, I made the big switch to Subaru. My husband also purchased a new Outback, his second, and having that time driving his Subaru, I was hooked on a great brand. I love my Impreza Sport, and John was very thorough in explaining the car features and functions. John has terrific knowledge of all things Subaru, and cars in general, plus having a unique salesman charm. Mike McCormick helped insure a seamless transaction and all together, buying this Impreza was a joy.
