We made two visits to the dealership and several test drives trying to decide which model we wanted. On the second visit John Pitts, our salesman, was busy with another customer so Mark Minter stepped in to assist. Both John and Mark were very knowledgeable on the features and options of the models we were looking at. Both were very helpful in explaining the features available. Two test drives later we purchased an Outback in our desired color with all the options we wanted. Very pleased with the service we received. More

My son bought his Subaru last year from Vero Beach, his first Subaru and he convinced me to get one but I did not want to drive to Vero Beach. I am glad I did buy mine at Subaru of Jacksonville! Easy, Fun and Great people to work with I have been to many dealerships over the years, I always felt like i was just a means to an end. At Subaru of Jacksonville I felt like i was a person. I was treated with respect the entire time I was there. I was never was dropped off in a waiting area while the next phase was preparing. I was communicated with every step of the way. Our sales person John Pitts, never left us in the dark. Most of the process was done online, and when i came in and met with John he already had the car i was looking at online ready to go, so there were no delays, Dealer tag was on car, he had keys, he had it moved up towards the building. This really told me that John and everyone at Subaru knew my time was valuable and they were respective of that fact. Our finance manager AJ Miller was even a great guy, he took time to explain what the documents were, why we had to do them and what to expect. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Jacksonville, I would definitely recommend buying a Subaru, and I strongly suggest asking for John Pitts. He made the experience as awesome as it was. When i first started my online inquiry I dealt with Savannah O'Connor, and she set the tone to what to expect. She was friendly, courteous and professional. More

After emailing a handful of dealerships in Florida, Subaru of Jacksonville quickly emerged as the one with the best price and the nicest service. We drove over from Tallahassee for a test drive and bought the car right after. John Pitts worked with me over email, on the phone, and finally in person, and was helpful and friendly throughout. He walked us through the whole buying experience, carefully explained many features of the vehicle, and answered all the questions we had. AJ in the Finance Department was also very helpful and clearly explained the finance side of things. This was a painless experience from start to finish and definitely worth making the two and a half hour drive for. I'll be recommending this dealer and these guys to anyone I know in the market for a Subaru. More
