Hello. I was in your service department on April 22nd and I left there very angry! I purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger 392 Scat Pack in November of 2020 and was told by the the guy who went over my bank loan with me that I would be purchasing a lifetime extended warranty on the vehicle for everything that might happen to it. I was told by a guy in the service department that my warranty had expired and that I would have to pay for the window to be fixed which was $385.00 just to replace a little black button so that the window would go back up. That is way too expensive and also I was there to have the screen on the radio replaced and was told the same thing about the warranty not being able to pay for it. The radio is$1000.00 to be replaced that is unheard of who has that much money to drop on a radio like that. I am still very angry about this and feel like I should have a lifetime warranty like i was told and to be reimbursed for the cost of the window and I should be able to bring it back to you to have the radio replaced at no cost to me. If you can not do this for me you will leave me no choice but to contact News 2 and 2 wants to know and see what they have to say about this. This is just to much to accept! No way this should be legal to have your prices so high that most people can't afford to have things fixed. My radio is a lot worse than when your technician looked at it so I feel like he may have done something to it!
