Quick and easy process. Research the vehicle over the net prior to visit. Made an appointment so they were expecting us and we were not waiting around. Had a quick discussion with John and off we went on the test drive. The decision to buy was an easy one. They look like a busy dealer so I am not sure the level of service when the time comes.
