I walked in randomly to test drive the CX-5 to do some comparison shop This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had a car dealership. I walked in randomly to test drive the CX-5 to do some comparison shopping and was met at the front door by the friendly sales manager who directed me to John Sell. John was both friendly and professional. From start to finish he was personable and upfront about the vehicles and asked questions to better help me. They weren't the type of questions you get from someone that is trying to upsell, but instead he was dedicated to making sure I had a good experience and received all the information I was looking for to make the best decision for me and my family. His knowledge of Mazda products was impressive, but it was also clear that he was a "car guy" and had a deep knowledge of many makes and models. John was never pushy or over-eager which can be a turnoff (at least to me). When my wife came in separately to test drive the car she came home raving about the service and how great he was to work with. If you're in the market for a Mazda and in a 50 mile radius of North Penn, I suggest you come in and let John take care of you. You're unlikely to have as positive an experience purchasing a car as you will when dealing with John Sell. I can honestly say having a pleasant experience at a car dealer was a first for me and I'll be recommending friends and family call John first. Oh, and if you're unsure of what car brand to buy, do yourself a favor and check out Mazda's offerings. You get a lot of car for the money compared to other brands. More

I showed up with no appointment on a Saturday morning and was immediately able to John Sell and North Penn Mazda made buying a new car extremely easy. I showed up with no appointment on a Saturday morning and was immediately able to test drive the model in which I was interested. After that, I sat down with John to "run the numbers"; in reality, I told him the price that I wanted to pay for the car, the rate at which I wanted it, and how much I wanted to put down, and he made everything work. I left the dealership less than an hour after I'd arrived; the following Thursday, I returned and, after only an hour or so, left in my new Mazda3. Throughout the process, John was extremely helpful, encouraging me to reach out to him via phone, text, and email if I had any questions, and he has remained a friendly resource for my new Mazda even after having made the purchase. More
