I recently had my 2010 MDX in for routine service. I keep returning to Crown Acura mainly due to the great service I’ve received for the past 6 years from John Shaw. John has always been very good abo keep returning to Crown Acura mainly due to the great service I’ve received for the past 6 years from John Shaw. John has always been very good about explaining to me exactly what needs to be done and what it will cost. Since I had to have extended work done this time he made sure I had a loaner for the day which I appreciated. My car has over 136K miles on it but still drives like a new one. I thank John Shaw and the service department for this. More

I can always get my car in for service when I need it and the service manager (John Shaw) alway works directly with me to discuss what is needed and the cost. If there are any deals to be had he will apply t the service manager (John Shaw) alway works directly with me to discuss what is needed and the cost. If there are any deals to be had he will apply them to keeps my costs fair and reasonable. The work is done correctly and I never have to go back for corrections. True peace of mind! More

B1 Service John Shaw is an excellent Service Advisor; knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Appointments are easy to make on-line and are honored. I never heard the word "no" from John and he promised to research and share with me a solution to my complaint about Acura brakes squealing. John Shaw is my new bestie! My father has owned an Acura for many years. He fell ill recently and the car needed service. I offered to help take care of it.
