I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

I came in for my periodic Acura MDX 18' oil change and was greeted by the service agents Bart Bartley and John Shaw. They work as a team and made sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed with m was greeted by the service agents Bart Bartley and John Shaw. They work as a team and made sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed with my MDX 2018. When I buy new I get my car service always at the dealership. I have been to several dealerships throughout my life time and these guys have been here for many years. It feels good to see the same face over the years. Clean waiting area, good coffee, exceptional service. Any issues I can email or call them and to me that makes the difference of a great experience. More

Best Acura Dealership in Florida This dealership did what Gettel dealership said was impossible. They actually worked on the car, looked at service bulletins and fixed it! Something the other Dealership said was impossible to do ! THey replaced my transmission all in a 3 day period which was done with little stress. John was great! made the whole process smooth, kept me updated and went above and beyond and I am Very Satisfied.I will come here for my next Acura and recommend this dealership to all that ask. I love Crown Acura and the advisors are the best. I dealt with Julian while my advisor John was out and he provided outstanding services and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time while not hav with Julian while my advisor John was out and he provided outstanding services and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time while not having an appt and on an emergency basis.
