My yearly maintenance on my 2019 RDX Acura was due last week and my service manager John Shaw met me as I drove up and assured me that everything would be checked out. John Shaw was my service advisor on October 5, 2024. I had my vehicle towed there overnight with a flat tire. He was very punctual with his responses and promised to have me out the same day.
