Brian is professional, knowledgeable as well as personable. This is not the first time that I have worked with Brian nor it will be the last. He makes me aware of what is needed to keep our Acura running at 100% and we get it done. I can not say enough about the people that I have worked with since I have been an owner of an Acura owner from Crown Acura.
