He let us know the car was fine. And offered a free car wash and vacuum. The whole transaction was smooth and painless! They even did a minor repair (a wire or something) without charging!!!!! He is funny and very pleasant!!!!! More

John Shaw in service is always a pleasure to deal with. Out of the two dozen times we've taken our cars to him, he hasn't dropped the ball once. It's always hard to trust a new service advisor. John is the rare guy you can always trust and rely on to take care of both you and your vehicle. My wife and I have established a friendship with John over the years because of how he has treated us. We are loyal Crown Acura customers because of the reciprocating loyalty we receive from the Crown family. Note: I am a former car salesman and service advisor for Toyota. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the consistent follow through of everyone at Crown. They are not out to make a quick buck.
