I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

Excellent experience at Crown Acura Went to Crown Acura to look at the Acura ILX. My wife wanted to see the car. I called Chris Duncanson, my salesman. As usual, Chris displayed his professionalism and experience by walking us through the pricing and lease for the car. Within a very short time, we agreed on a deal with Chris and John Pearson. This will be the fifth Acura I have leased through Chris and Crown Acura. I don't even shop. I know I will receive the best deal. The closing was smooth. John Leinbach, and Keith Amaral, had all the paperwork prepared and we were done in a very short time. I have been a customer of Crown for approximately 14 years. When Service is required, i call John Shaw, and I know my needs will be taken care of. If you ever want an Acura, there is no other place to go. More

I had to bring my TL in for product issues. My TL was out of warranty. Not only did John Shaw and the Director work with Acura about my concerns, they were able to get Acura to help with the cost. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable. They are very efficient. I was in and out with a loaner, with all paperwork ready for me as soon as I got there. As a VERY busy businessman, I can't afford to lose lots of time. They were fast and efficient, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bart Bartley was the agent who assisted me today. He was busy when I first got there, so the others worked on helping until he was ready to take-over. Their teamwork was absolutely brilliant to see. I will continue to use Crown Acura, and continue to buy my cars there. More

The primary individuals I have dealt with at Crown Acura of Clearwater throughout the last 10 years have proven to me to be highly professional, highly motivated, trustworthy individuals - specifically Chri of Clearwater throughout the last 10 years have proven to me to be highly professional, highly motivated, trustworthy individuals - specifically Chris Duncanson, my Sales Consultant, and John Shaw, my Service Advisor – who both excel in their respective areas of sales and service. I just purchased my 3rd Acura MDX from Crown Acura, a 2014 Acura MDX AWD Tech, and could not be happier. My sales consultant, Chris Duncanson, was and is always extremely helpful, supportive, patient, and understanding. He is knowledgeable of his products and his receptiveness to any and all questions along with his desire to answer them all, no matter how big or small, gives me the freedom to feel safe knowing he is representing me with no pressure. During my latest sales experience, I was most interested in the AWD version of the 2014 MDX of which there was none available at the dealership to test drive – evidently they are somewhat rare in Florida! But being the exemplary salesman he is, Chris came to work early the next day to track one down and have delivered to his dealership for me to see and drive that day. Through his efforts I was able to confirm my choice and obtain exactly the vehicle I wanted, for which I am grateful. Keith Amaral, the Finance Manager, worked steadfastly to put the deals together for my last 3 purchases while patiently explaining the process, the options, and the numbers. Now I look forward to continuing my relationship with their service department through John Shaw, my Service Advisor, who has always treated me with the utmost respect and has always taken care of my vehicles properly, thoroughly and never with an upsell of unnecessary maintenance as some service departments do. Through my experiences of the work ethics exhibited by all these individuals, I have developed a true respect for them and fully trust their guidance. I feel confident I can continue to receive excellent service of my vehicle at Crown Acura and will return to Chris Duncanson when upgrading in the future! More
