I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

Great car repair experience at a dealership!!! So many people say stay away from having your car repaired/serviced at the dealership...apparently they haven't gone to CROWN ACURA. I went in to have several repairs done on my Acura TL- John Shaw took the time to go through the necessary repairs and I was shocked to find that his quote was actually within dollars of the quote I received at Tiresplus and the bonus was that Acura would be using Acura parts, not after market. I cannot thank John Shaw and the service department enough for their expertise and professionalism!!! Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed. More

Excellent Customer Service 3.4.2015 I brought in my 2012 MDX for a B123 service. John Shaw, assistant service manager, greeted me at the door and took terrific care of me while I waited for my vehicle. Having recently moved to the area and as a first time Crown Acura customer I was curious to know how Crown would stack up versus the other Acura dealerships I have used. John and his team were great. They gave me a detailed estimate (prior to beginning any work), provided timely updates while I waited, and even took the time to follow-up with me the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. Bottom line: I would not hesitant to take a vehicle to Crown Acura for service, particularly when working with John Shaw. More

Wowed by Crown Acura AGAIN! John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, whe John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, when I scheduled it was projected to take 2 hours, I was out of there with car vacuumed and washed in less than 1 1/2 hour. Barely time to check in with John and visit with Chris D who was at his desk early- he sold me the car which I love in great part because the Crown Acura folks are so pleasant to work with. Leadership give these folks a pat on the back...a raise if possible! More

They've Earned My Long Term Business I bought my first Acura at Crown in 2009 buying a new TSX. It was easily my best car buying experience. I continued to drive across the bridges to get my car serviced by them, enjoying wonderful treatment by John Shaw and the rest of the service staff. Recently I had the unplanned need to buy another car. It was an easy choice for me to start at Crown. I wanted the extra comfort of a certified pre-owned car and had three picked out from their website that I was interested in. Working with Richard Morris and the sales staff they again made the buying experience easy, understandable and as stress free as possible. From service to sales to warranty to financing the people you work with at Crown are knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and cannot imagine buying a car someplace else. More

Faster than Jimmy Johns I brought my car in Acura service dept because the fuse blew out and my cigarette lighters weren't working to charge my cell phone. I came in with no appointment in a panic because I drive home to home to take care of critical care patients and my phone is my lifeline to making sure they get the care they need. I explained my problem to John Shaw and he calmed me, gave me refreshments, and five minutes later he came back saying my car was fixed and ready to go. He immediately fixed it himself and had me on my way. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN!! You are the best!! :) More
