On 2\1\2021 I had the easiest and most FUN car buying experience of my life. I had called ahead of time to make an appointment with Mike Lehman. First off you’re dealership was referred to me by a co worker who spoke highly of your dealership, of course I reached out even though I’m in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville area with plenty of regular c worker who spoke highly of your dealership, of course I reached out even though I’m in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville area with plenty of regular customer service car dealerships I first spoke with Bari on Sunday 01/24 and had a good first impression until I gave him all the information he requested then not a peep the rest of the day until after 6pm saying super busy I get it but making a sincere promise to contact me next morning to get this rolling as I had expressed the time sensitive urgency more than once So Monday came nothing until I act reached out several times explaining once again my need He finally connected to let me on that afternoon he was out sick which I understand but guaranteed me he was handling it with someone else to reach out to me to finish this deal for Again nothing, no contact at all..... now we are into Tuesday I spoke with him per my reaching out again him explaining still sick but going in and I would definitely hear from him in 2 hours as of now that was at 10:48 and it’s now 7:27 pm Since when do I or should I beg to give you my business Again all on a referral and you did have the better selection of pre owned Honda Fits but really ??? I will ensure I spread this as far as I can on social media because in today’s environment this is unacceptable business behavior Even though I’m here and you’re there does it mean out of sight out of mind So disappointed More
