I’m reserving my judgement until I get a few things fixed that popped up a few days after I bought the truck. The process was fairly quick and painless. They gave me a honest trade in amount and was priced fairly competitively with their F-150. Relatively experienced buyer review… Drove 70 miles to purchase a used F150 at Lake Ford. We had a great buying experience, and it was quick. Very disappointed in this dealership. I used them because they offered costco pricing yet when I arrived I was never shown the costco pricing sheet or asked to show my membership card so I used them because they offered costco pricing yet when I arrived I was never shown the costco pricing sheet or asked to show my membership card so I’m pretty sure they charged me full price. I was also told by the salesman that the tunnel cover on my truck would be repaired yet when I followed up about said repairs I was told that it would be $80 cash. They never repaired it nor was it written on the contract. The truck bed is still full of pine needles from the previous owners. There are 2 open recalls on the truck even though it’s “blue certified” I would think a reputable dealership would’ve taken care of any open recalls before selling a vehicle. I was told that the “recall was optional if the vehicle had the issue”. The issue is with the door latches freezing and guess what? When it’s really cold the passenger door will not close completely unless you slam it. Also there is a license plate light bulb that is burnt out. Again a lack of attention to details on a so called “blue certified vehicle” and now I’m going to have to waste my time bringing the vehicle back in to be repaired for things that should’ve been repaired in the first place. I would not use or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
